Goalkeeping Courses
The courses are aimed at keen goalkeepers aged between 7 and 17 years old. The courses are conducted by Specialist Goalkeeping Coaches qualified by the F.A. and will involve a full range of techniques including: -

• Basic Handling
• Footwork
• Shot stopping
• Dealing with crosses
• Communication and distribution
• Kicking and throwing skills

The course structure is split into three main areas; technical practices, skills practices and small-sided games. Participants will require a full outside playing kit, warm clothing, football boots, trainers, goalkeeping gloves plus a packed lunch and refreshments

The full cost of the course will be covered by the William Hunter Fund so there is NO CHARGE to the young players who apply to attend the courses.
